This Swiss-born, American raised chef-owner has a list of culinary credentials long enough to bore even the most avid web-reader - seriously!
No doubt, we could ramble on and on about ordinary incidentals such as his background and the name of his wife, (which by the way is Sherri), tell you that he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and that he’s traveled all over Europe and the United States working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants around the world; but in the end, who really cares? When it comes down to it, the only things that really matter are that his perfectionism “issues” will ensure your event will be flawless, his passion for excellence will provide you with excellent staff, and his solid work ethics will carry over to every detail of your event!

Ok, so we stole him from the Xerox Corporation. Who could blame us? With his managerial experience, and an obsession for flawless customer service and operational excellence, we just had to bring him on as partner. (Oh, yes, and then there is the fact that he is family.)
Although business minded through-and-through and detailed enough to drive his poor family nuts, these infinitesimal quirks are what will guarantee you your best event ever, and have been a pivotal force behind the company’s continual growth. Couple this with his comedic antics and great sense of humor, and it’s no wonder our staff would rather work for 24 carrots than anywhere else. He rightly considers himself a die-hard foodie; his passion for good food extending even into his own home kitchen – much to the delight of his wife and kids.
Jon’s advice to the staff?
Drew
Drew is a lifer. At the ripe young age of 14, he caught the hospitality bug. If experience counts for anything, he's done it all! This executive has even worked in an Alaskan fishing lodge, a meat packing plant and a stinky egg farm!! He seems to have lost his appetite for eggs, just sayin...
Since those wonderful days on the frontier, he's become a "rehab" chef. Working his way through various positions, up to and including the executive chef at the prestigious Pritikin Longevity Center in South Florida where he perfected his "perfectionism" traits. (no pun intended) Being passionate is his blessing and his curse, especially when we receive an email at 2 am with another great idea! His wife and 4 boys don't mind it though... they love their dad.
Drew's take on life?
Becki
Of course, we just had to hire someone to keep the owners in line! Enter Becki - our 24 carrots controller, who enjoys her job title every bit as much as she loves her position. On any given day you'll most likely find Becki buried under a stack of documents - the mounds of paperwork a tribute to her hard work. (Is that an oak desk we see hidden under there??) Becki's extensive background in commercial mortgage and real estate have undoubtedly been a valuable asset to the company's continuous development, not to mention its day-to-day operations.
And although Becki delights in bossing the guys around here at the office, at home it's her precious little boy Logan who's the real man in charge (and we're sure she doesn't mind that one bit!)

Laura
"Creative" and "super-picky" are just a few ways that Laura rightfully describes herself - and we are so thankful she is! (Rumor has it she might even suffer from a little O.C.D . . . but we won't say anything if you don't.)
This one-time competitive ice skater is always setting her sights higher, inspiring her sales team right along with her. Combine her competitive edge with years of experience in event planning and production, a degree in Business Administration, and a minor in Marketing, and it's easy to see why this creative and purposeful organizer is such an important member to the team.
On her time off, Laura enjoys trying new restaurants, keeping up with the latest fashion trends, and spending time with her much-loved Weimaraner, Maylie (who's no doubt thrilled that "mom" works in the food industry!)
